Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") is a Japanese technique known to heal and aid in clearing out energy blockages in the mind and body. It is also widely known for its ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation for the individual who receives it. Old, stagnant energy will be flushed out creating space for new, vibrant energy to be invited within.
